rtx 3070 and dropped frames

Hello to everyone, i'm new in the world of obs but before writing you i have followed a couple of guide. I hope you can help me with my problem. I have a rtx 3070 as GPU and my cpu is a ryzen 5 3600x. I'm streaming call of duty warzone at 1080p 60 fps. The issue is that when i try to put the bitrate to 6000 i have a lot of fps dropped and it's impossible to follow the stream. I'm overvaluing this gpu? I'm using the nvidia nvenc h.264 as codec.
The issue should be the gpu because in the stats panel i see error in the gpu side and not in the network side
Another question, is normal that i loose fps in game while i streaming?

Hello cycle, thank you for the answer. Can i ask you to explain me why i should set the refresh to 120? And i dont know what is frankerface.
