Question / Help Recording two seperate desktop audio windows as seperate tracks?

So, I would like to be able to record a game and a Discord call as two separate tracks for balancing and effects and such. Knowing OBS records the whole desktop and seemingly can't target a specific window, I am not sure if it is even possible, but if anyone has a solution please help me out, thanks :)

route discord in a different audio device
the feature of picking up audio from a single window is limited to Linux because Microsoft....
