Recording Settings Help/Having choppy recordings

Trying to solve my recording issues with OBS, and others. In game I have perfectly smooth gameplay, no lag drops, anything. But, in my recordings it plays back SLIGHTLY choppy compared to what I've seen others post on YouTube. I don't want to upload inferior content, but don't know what else to do. My PC specs are i5-10400f, GTX 1660 Super, 16GB (8x2) RAM and a 512GB SSD. I play 7 Days to Die and I've seen others w/lower spec'd PC builds upload perfectly smooth gameplay. There HAS to be a fix to this! Lol... I'm only recording. not streaming btw.

I have a similar problem. I record my camera from a capture card.
These are my settings

The camera is set to 24fps. The source and the output in OBS are at the same framerate.
My CPU load never stays under 10% for the entire recording.
