I recently got the Razer Kraken TE Headphones, but whenever I try to record desktop audio using THX Spatial Synapse it won't work. THX Spatial is 7:1, but as far as I know, it shouldn't bother OBS. I've tried changing the audio channels from Stereo to 2:1 and 7:1 but still no audio. I can hear my own headphones just fine, but in recordings, I can't. I've reinstalled Razer 3 times, both clean uninstalls and reinstalls. I've attempted to update them multiple times but they are already at the newest version (drivers as well). I use OBS 64-bit.
I have looked at multiple threads here, and videos on Youtube on how to fix this problem but none it helped. I couldn't find KrakenLauncher in my startup, switching the default devices on my Computer and in OBS didn't help. Clean reinstalling both OBS and Razer didn't help.
I really don't know what the problem is and it seems like I"m the first to have it.
