Random Crashes - RTMP send error 10060, 10054, 10038

I've been having random disconnects for a while now, trying to figure out how to pinpoint if the issue is a network error, a pc specific issue or an ISP issue.

Logs are attached, I left the bandwidth test mode running overnight and I see the RTMP errors starting at 9:28:49:329, I woke up at 13:53:44.921 and after that went to the MSI site for my motherboard and just starting running some updates to see if that can fix the issue. I'm not sure what the errors mean or are, hoping somebody smarting than me can help out.

This makes me think its a non-OBS issue because my connection to my router dropped 0. Is that right? 0% loss. So that means I had internet connection but I still went down? Just trying to make sense of it.
