I'm using the NDI Plugin to do dual-stream pc.
The specs on the Gaming pc are:
Processor
Intel i7-8700K 3,70GHz
Video Card
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
RAM
64GB
Operating SystemWindows 10
Steaming PC:
ProcessorIntel(R) Core(TM) i5-8600K CPU @ 3.60GHz
Video CardNVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 Ti
RAM32 GB
Operating SystemWindows 10
The problem is that I'm not getting any crisp on the stream, I feel like the quality is really bad.

What settings should I use to get the quality up, but still be stable?
Is the NDI thing the problem, will a capture card do a better job quality-wise?
Here are the settings I have on the streaming pc atm, and also a speed test.
