We use OBS in Portable Mode for our production. I've noticed that when trying to send a video feed via SRT to another PC over the internet, this isn't possible with an OBS Portable instance. However, everything works perfectly with a normally installed OBS instance.
What could be the problem here? Is this simply not possible with OBS Portable Mode, or is there something specific that needs to be done?
Error message from OBS: insufficient disk space
OBS Version: 30.2.3
Tested:
- Run OBS as Admin
- Sending the Stream via normal Stream function & record to path function
- checked if there is space on the local drive, just to be sure its not that
- tested removing the path in the record section and then switch to record to path
