Problem with video recording via AMD HW W.265(HEVK)

Hello, when I start recording video through AMD HW W.265(HEVK) I get an output error and ask to update drivers.In my system there are two video cards: AMD radeon 660M and AMD radeon rx 6550M, and the drivers are updated to the latest version.I also attach a report obs.Help me please.
