Hi, My name is Beata.
I am streaming live webinars (MS Powerpoint presentations) to Youtube via OBS for more than a year now. I always use a main display (laptop) for running OBS and Youtube and a second display (extended, separate display) for projecting and managing my powerpoint sildes during the live webinars.
In 2023 December I changed my computer from Windows to a MacBook Pro (Apple M1 Pro,16", 2021 version, 16 GB. OS Ventura 13.5.2) and a I downloaded OBS for Mac (30.0.2 64bit) for this computer. From this moment my powerpoint presentation on my second (extended) display started to be extremely pixelated (it shows wired pixels on the way of my mouse pointer, as I am moving my mouse on the screen) , and on my last Youtube webinar, this also crashed my presentation and my stream has also stopped and broken. :( At that time I used a DELL display as extended display. Now I have changed my display to a brand new Apple Studio Display 27" because my idea was that the problem has been caused my DELL monitor . But this is not the case. My powerpoint presentation is still showing these weird big pixels during my presentation even on my brand new Apple Studio Display. (pictures, videos attached.) This is happening once I switch on OBS, not just during my live stream. Without OBS, my Powerpoint presentation is fine, no pixels. Once I switch on OBS application (30.0.2 64 bit), my presentation is "broken", pixels starts to show on the screen.
Can you help please? What should I do?
Thank you so much,
Beata
