Point-to-point streaming with RTP and VLC

I'm trying to stream from OBS to VLC over the network. I've had a hard time finding information on compatible streaming protocols and settings. I'm now trying RTP, but I don't understand the error message that I get when I click 'start recording' in OBS, or how to fix it. I get the same error when I leave 'muxer settings' empty. Log.
