Hello, I'am a growing youtuber with poor quality on my videos. Whenever I record anything using OBS and upload it to youtube it end's up at like 1 frame per second. I'm wanting stable FPS and 720p quality at the minimum. I will give some of my PC information so you guy's can help me, also please give me directions on what to change and how to change it, thanks! Here's some notes: I'm on windows 10 64 bit all up to date and my GPU is Intel HD Graphics 4400. I know my PC is junk it's kinda old.

I have only managed to find the QSV setting? How do you do the rest like the profile and stuff?
Thanks, your info has helped me a good amount the videos are looking faster and smoother which is nice but I have a major problem still, my in game recordings are really laggy it's like 10 frames per second which isn't really good for me I was looking for at least 30 in games like CS:GO and minecraft. Any ideas?
