Please help, I downloaded obs yesterday and it worked very good but today the sound doesnt work, and i dont mean obs sound i mean any sound on my pc

Pretty sure nvidia high definition audio aren't your speakers / headphones.
You need to select in OBS your actual speakers / headphones. And of course in Windows itself too.

nvidia is the thing i listen from (my pc has sound incorporated) and now it just doesnt work

i put everything to nvidia audio and its still not working please help

What you see as nvidia audio is your display monitor. If it don't have speakers, or you muted the speakers in the display, then you don't hear anything.
That's not an OBS issue. Please contact nvidia or the display manufacturer for support on it.

i did that yesterday and today the sound works again ty!!
