Hey there everyone...
So I am sure many of you know that some other users have been having trouble with this issue and I am as well. I have attempted to change my OBS output settings to fix this problem but it seems consistent no matter the effort I attempt at solving it myself. This problem can especially be apparent when there is a lot happening on screen such a flashes of color and moving.
I hope I can obtain some help with this problem. Also, for fair warning; I do know a good amount about OBS and computer settings but things may need to be explained in more detail.
Video- State of Decay - In the first few seconds, if I stand still, the pixelation doesn't happen. As soon as I begin to move through the bushes and grass, it becomes visible around the screen
