When I record any game through OBS, the picture becomes soapy, before that everything was fine

Can you post a log file?

Taking a wild stab in the dark, if you're using QuickSync as your encoder you may want to try a different encoding method (either NVENC or x264), or possibly try rolling back your intel quicksync drivers.

I have only one x264 encoder

Ultrafast at 2500kbps is a very low quality to be recording at. If by "cloudy" you're meaning that the picture just looks like it's low quality, then I would recommend raising the bitrate, or changing to something like CRF with a quality setting of 23 or lower.

Thank you, I will try your recommendations later, I will write if that happens

Thanks, everything worked pixelation is not, even when before the game while recording OBS was crashing, it now works productively.
