pixelated live broadcast

Hello, good morning everyone,First of all, sorry for my English, I use google translate.
Lately I have problems with live streaming.
Pixelated live stream, the more movement there is in the image, the more pixelated we see the stream.
I was testing with all possible resolutions and settings, but never found the solution.
I currently have 600 megabytes of internet and a good PC.
I am attaching my latest log file and screenshots with the settings
Notice that my settings are high, but I was trying all kinds of different resolutions and bit rates without finding the solution.
Thank you very much everyone for the help.

Youtube will always re-encode your stream at a lower quality, there isn't much you can do about that.

So you want to tell me there is no way to remove the pixelated image on youtube
this is too weird and paranormal
this has to be obs fault and not youtube's fault as many people I see don't have that problem
I don't think it's YouTube either, as I tried to do a live stream on Facebook, Twicht, and YouTube and all with the same pixelated image problem.

You will always think your own stream looks worse than someone else's, since you have the original quality to compare to. It's quite normal to see some pixellation during heavy movement considering the low bitrates that streaming sites use. Try recording to a file with the same settings you use for streaming to YouTube and compare the quality.

You streamed with bitrate 30000 according to your log, but if you watch/download the best quality version of your video from Youtube and look into the properties, it's around 4000, so Youtube recoded to 4000. There is nothing you can do about this, because there is no Youtube setting that controls the recoding.

The conclusion of this is, it's a waste to stream with 30000. It doesn't reach your viewers, and 30000 would be much too much for many of them to view without buffering anyway. Not everyone has stable 30000 download.

Instead, optimize your stream for lower bandwidth. Youtube recommends bitrate 4500-9000 for 1920x1080@60fps, so don't stream above 9000 - it's recoded down anyway. I don't know why Youtube recodes down to 4000, which is even lower than their recommended settings. Perhaps it is due to the 30 second black and static beginning of this certain video, where absolutely no bitrate is required to transfer, but this is only a guess.

Hi everyone, I found a solution for pixelated or blurry video :)
YouTube is prioritizing its vp09 codec for larger channels with higher audiences.
for small channels or little audience youtube prioritizes the avc1 codec and that is where the problem lies.
The avc1 codec is recommended for resolutions up to a maximum of 480p and therefore we have a blurred or pixelated image.
if you are a small channel or with little audience like me youtube will give you the avic1 codec then you will have a blurry or pixelated image.
The solution for youtube to give you the vp09 codec is to transmit at a resolution of 2k 2560x1440 then your image will be perfect because youtube will give you the vp09 codec.
Do not worry if you do not have a computer to transmit at that resolution, you can configure your transmission to 1080p and do a rescaling at 2560x1440 in this way your obs will not consume you, I leave you some captures with the rescaled configuration.
How can I find out which codec my YouTube video is using?
right click on youtube video and select what i show in screenshot.
I leave you a test video that I was doing now if it is the perfect image:
I hope I was able to help anyone who has the same problem as me.
a big greeting to all.
