Performance issues but only after 5 or so minutes of recording.

Hey everyone, I have been scouring the forums looking for a solution to my issues but no dice, I have been trying to get some recording done for a video I am working on. Everytime I start recording it works fine for the first while, typically I will stop eagle-eye watching my preview and then I come back after I die in my game and I see that things have slowed down to dropped frames left and right. BUT! OBS still tells me its recording in 60fps, and I am not sure if I am crazy but it appears my camera feed still runs at 60fps. HERE is my log file, let me know if I did that wrong.

My recording setup is basically baby's first livestream at the moment, a simple PNG border, a camera feed fed through an Elgato, and my game capture, any help would be appreciated, because my head hurts..

dont use MP4 it not an save format use MKV with mp4 then you become an interuppt Bsod or Something else the file is corrupt

17:02:14.595: WASAPI: Device 'Headphones (E7 Stereo)' [44100 Hz] initialized
17:02:14.595: [Loaded global audio device]: 'Desktop Audio'
17:02:14.634: WASAPI: Device 'Focusrite USB (Focusrite USB Audio)' [48000 Hz] initialized
look that all audio devices have the same samplerate !
Would any of these things cause issues in OBS? I was told to turn game mode off and the game itself isnt performing badly, just the capture, I record in MP4 because losing the footage doesnt matter to me and I need it to be edit ready.
