i have been testing 2 days workaround for stuttery video/stream/obs preview
But i think i found fix for that i need someone else to test this as well.
First Gaming PC:
1.Make second monitor to 60hz. (where you keep your OBS)
2. Go to Nvidia settings and enable Vsync + Buffering
That's gaming pc settings now lets go to streaming PC.
Put your streaming PC monitor to 60hz as well
Then lets change nvidia settings on streaming PC as well.
Same settings as gaming PC BUT add low latency mode ON.
that's pretty much it, no need to use that 59.940hz on elgato, this will make it stutter more than 60hz.
I made highlight on alt account: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1786954298
Here is WoW highlight: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/1786961901
These "highlight's" looks better on bigger TV than my old gaming monitors.
See if this works for you.
