Question / Help PC FREEZE when I'm STARTING OBS

Hello! :)
I stream with OBS-Studio since 2018 I guess and I had never big Issues with it. I also streamed yesterday and it worked perfectly ffine, but suddenly this night - everytime when I just starts OBS or StreamLABS my whole PC starts freezing. I have uninstalled everything, installed the latest drivers and run a security scan.

I'm really looking forward to your help, due to I rely on streaming.

System Specs:
Intel Core i7 6700K @4.0 (OC to 4.4)
GeForce GTX 1070

How many plugins do you have installed. Mine used to hang my PC when I opened OBS for about 15 seconds then was fine once opened. A clean install fixed it for me

I have actually no Plugins and It doesnt stop freezing after 15 sec.

Oh, try a clean install, just keep your personal settings and see if that helps
