I've got 22.9 Mbps and 8.91 upload speed
I'm currently using:
bitrate: 2500
hardware encoding
preset = speed
720p@30ps
Downscale is lanczos
(I can also use quicksync)
When I stream using those settings, games like dont starve, spelunky and skelly selest all run fine with rare frame drops but games like rocket league and super meat boy are playable for me but in the stream it always buffers and has major lag. I tried streaming battlefield bad company 2 the menus were all fine but I got like 25 - 30 fps when playing but the stream was very choppy.
