OBS won't display my Photoshop canvas on Windows Capture.

SO I've had this reoccurring problem for god knows how long, since I got my this laptop that I'm using, I want to stream Photoshop using OBS but it's not letting me.

OF COURSE, I've tried other ways to stream photoshop using OBS. Such as DISABLING HARDWARE ACCELERATION, unticking the "Use Graphics Processor". Of course that lets me stream with OBS Windows Capture but I really want to be able to see the full picture with the best quality and having the ability to rotate the canvas.

I've also tried Games Capture, if I remember correctly it worked for me for ONLY a short while a LONG while ago, now it won't do anything.

The thing is I have been able to use Windows Capture to capture Photoshop but it's very inconsistent. Sometimes I'm able to use it a few times after certain Windows or OBS updates. But it always goes back to being unable to use Windows Capture for Photoshop again.

I think the problem has something to do with my device being a Laptop and the specs it has, I know 2 guys who both use Desktop that have better specs than mine, both able to stream Photoshop using Windows Capture with no issue.

I'm currently using a Lenovo Legion Y520, specs:
i7-7700HQ Intel 2.80GHz, Nvidia Geforce 1050TI, 16GB Ram.

One of the guys I know uses a Desktop, specs:
AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor 3.50GHz, Nvidia Geforce GTX 1660 SUPER, 16GB Ram

You need to update to windows 10, 1903 or newer. Windows 7 will not be getting the "Windows Graphics Capture" capture method and stopped getting updates from microsoft 14 months ago.

had same problem recently, tried everything, nothing was helping
latest PS, win10
but i found solution which worked for me
in PS Preferences -> Technology Previews -> Deactivate Native Canvas
