Question / Help OBS WILL NOT OUTPUT MY DESKTOP AUDIO

OBS refuses to out put my desktop audio regardless of what sound channel it is being directed to. Every other audio channel is working properly even my microphone and spottily which is on a separate channel entirely (https://i.imgur.com/CfJUOLj.png)

Even though it clearly is being picked up by OBS when I stream it is not heard.
I understand that desktop audio glitches are common but I have been researching for numerous hours and have found NOTHING that relates to this.

hey there bud, sorry no clue, maybe if you provided what research and things uve come across that could help like any clues on what it could be related to? i think im sorta okay at researching issues but not so great at the technical stuff lol, i think ull wanna try and troubleshoot every bit u can think of to eliminate any possibilities.
I can think to just go through the basics. So lets see your obs looks like its capturing the audio if im understanding correctly, but with what your using to view your own stream you dont hear the windows audio? Do you hear the other audio? Also what are you using to view your own stream with, are you just using local recordings?
Also are you using voice meeter or any software like that?

Provide your OBS log and a screenshot of the advanced audio properties in obs.
Would I find that in my:
C:\Program Files (x86)\OBS
or
C:\Program Files (x86)\obs-studio

I am unsure as to what logs are useful and those that are not.

With everything I understand about computers this would likely seem to be an OBS problem that is unfixable on my end is there anyone that can assure me that there is something I can do to fix this?
