Question / Help OBS Virtual Webcam turned in on itself? Doubling up?

Hey folks!

Question for the smart people in the room. I am trying to use the virtual cam in Google hangout, and I have gone through all the steps. But whenever I click on the OBS virtual cam, the issue in the attached photo seems to happen, and I can't for the life of me figure out what the issue is. My regular webcam setting works fine, I can see me. But I can't see me whenever I turn the virtual cam on. It's as if the camera is facing the screen, but it's not. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. I should add that whenever I turn the virtual cam on, the light on my web cam goes off. I am running Windows 10 desktop, Alienware Aurora R7, 32Gigs of Ram, Intel I7 8700K processor.

So what i can see in the picture is what i would expect to happen. Can you explain it a little more detailed what your exact problem is? (And provide more pictures of the problem/your setup and a obs log)
