OBS Using Abnormal Amounts of GPU

Hello OBS Community, Recently I've gotten back into streaming, and just today I was running a abnormal surprise stream (just after the most recent update) and problems arose. First of all, my GPU usage spiked from 10%-20% to 100% just on the OBS process itself (due note I am running 1080p60fps with 192kb/s audio and CBR 3500kb/s, though this usually works without issues.) Now, I do have quite a lot of experience on developing/working with bugs, and I tried multiple things (Including restarting the program, the stream, my pc (which actually happened because the system COMPLETELY FROZE), etc, etc). Any ideas?

Specs:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 2400G @ 4GHz
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 580 4GB VRAM
RAM: 48GB DDR4 2933MHz Dual-Channel
Board: ASUS TUF GAMING X570 PRO WIFI
Storage: ~1250GB
Notes: Video Connection is using DP ---(4k DP-HDMI)---> HDMI ---(HDMI-DVI Coord)---> 2x DVI Monitors, though I've never had issues with this

Plugins: OpenVR Capture
Scripts: Advanced Timer, Countdown
