Running windows 10 - a version of OBS that hadn't been updated in a couple of years. Output encoding was set to Hardware(QSV,H.264). After update, streaming failed with log entries 'app not on intel GPU, fall back to old qsv encoder'. Popup error indicates to check the NVENV drivers. Output encoding does not include an NVIDIA ENV option - just software or hardware. Installed latest Nvidia game driver - no change. OBS was working fine with the old Hardware option - how do I get it to work (now) with the Nvidia drivers?
