obs suddenly lags

so basically around half a month ago my obs suddenly just dropped a lot of frames for some reason. usually it only dropped like 1-5 fps in game which is fine for me but now it kinda dropped like 20-40 fps in game which is bad

i dont have this problem until half month ago
