Question / Help OBS SUCKS AND I GET RUBBISH RECORDING

Okay im going to set the table straight my PC is beyond good enough to get high quality recordings and so im confused why my recordings come out looking like 360p and why are they laggy sometimes Ive messed around with bitrate and some settings to help but it aint working whats the point of having a 10KD on fortnite and not being able to provide content for people-

PC Specs:
- I7 7700K
-GTX 1070
-Ram-16 GB
-SSD- 256GB
-Storage - 1TB
(4K Monitor BTW its an AOC)

Internet:
Ping- 8 ms
Download - 103 Mbps
Upload - 5.88 Mbps

My Question - What settings should i set on my OBS? if this programe dosent work im going to switch to something else. but i enjoy the layout of OBS and want to give it a chance

I don't want to sound rude, but please work on your attitude. This all is a hobby project, completely produced and supported by hobbyists all over the world. If you want to get something done, it's primarily your responsibility to do it. We can only give hints on how to get there. Please show respect and a minimum of initiative by clicking on the link Osiris provided.
