OBs Studio skipping aframe every few seconds

Hi everyone!

I just run into a little problem with my Stream.
I use OBS Studio to stream various Games and so far i never thought i had any Issues but someone pointed out
that there were frames being skipped.

I also bought my first 144HZ monitor yesterday so i thought it might be related to that but it isn't as i checked some vods of my later streams and it happened there aswell. Just went unnoticed for a while apparently.

Could anyone maybe take a look at the log and help me pinpoint what's causing it?

** also as addition, i did start/stop the stream few times to change some settings for test but the ones at the end are the ones that are still active as of now) ^^
