OBS stops streaming and I cannot close it without Task Manager

I have a stream that is setup with Advanced Scene Switcher to stop and start the stream every 12 hours (so that YouTube will allow the video to be watched, allowing me to archive.), issue is that every few hours the stream will freeze, or even stop completely, trying to restart it or do anything has no effect, I cannot even close OBS normally, instead having to use Task Manager and manually taskkill it.

If it helps, these are my specs:
MacBookPro15,2
i5-8279U
8GB DDR3 RAM
Intel Iris Plus Graphics 655 (The internal GPU)
Windows 10 Enterprise LTSC 21H2
OBS 30.0.2

Note that I am not doing any recording, only streaming.
