I'm not quite positive the exact error as OBS doesn't create a crash report when this happens but here is the issue:
I can stream to twitch for 2, 3, 4, even 10 hours straight without a single issue while playing a game but very often(not every single time) seconds after closing out of whatever game I am playing to either end the stream or switch games OBS will seem perfectly fine, still displaying everything telling me it's live with no dropped frames etc, etc, etc... seems normal BUT on twitch it will go offline. When I notice this I will try to click on Stop Streaming but then OBS hangs and eventually I have to end task and if I was planning on continuing the stream I have to reopen and start again.
This happens with every game(ex.: CoD Warzone2, Elden Ring, Cyberpunk, Half Life Alyx, Resident Evil Village...), it happens using Display and Window Capture.
My last log file looks super normal, it even logged things that happened while it wasn't sending any stream out but then the log file ends without saying the stream ended because I had to end task. In the last log file which I will upload it shows that my Quest 2 mic stopped because I turned the headset off and then in OBS I switched to my XLR but while I was doing that I noticed my cam had frozen and that's when I realized it also wasn't sending any video out. That was my first VR stream and normally I never change audio inputs so that isn't the cause either. I actually don't usually use a webcam either so the cam being frozen is new to me I guess that happens when it stops sending video too although the screen capture continues to work from what I can tell. Either way there are no crash reports being logged so I literally have zero clues as to the cause.

The stream is perfect without a single hitch until I close a game.
To add this has been happening with this new PC since I got it 2 months ago. Maybe a windows setting or something hardware wise but again only happens on game exit.
