Question / Help OBS Setup with Dazzle DVC 100 (recognized but no video)

Hello. I am brand new to this.
Current setup is a 3 camera input plus 1 presentation computer input to a video board to a Dazzle DVC 100.
Record and stream using Adobe Live Encoder.

I want to try OBS.
I installed OBS.
It recognizes the Dazzle a a video capture device.
The Scarlett line in audio is recognized as well.

But I am not getting any video in preview or output.

Might anyone have ideas?

I'm having the same issue, connected up an old Video8 camcorder via DVC100. It says signal detected, but nothing is being output. Did anyone ever find a solution?
