OBS records fine but the files are always corrupted

Whenever I "test" record and I press on the video file it shows a black screen and that's pretty much it, but it does show how long the video is(timeslider) - MP4.

I tried to record an alternate way by recording it by mkv and remuxing the recordings to mp4 and it still gave me the same problem whenever I click on the video file, and no I didn't click on the mkv file, I know it was the remuxed mp4 file since I renamed all the files I remuxed.

(I also tried most solutions to these problems like updating the driver to the recent driver, uninstalling + reinstalling obs and updating obs itself)

At this point I kinda gave up on OBS Studio and switched to Streamlabs but I really do prefer OBS Studio.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

OBS Studio creates a log file each time you run it which contains very useful diagnostic information. Without a log file, it's much harder for any support volunteers to figure out problems and your post may be ignored. To upload a log file, go to the Help menu > Log Files > Upload Last Log...
