Question / Help OBS random crashes

First time poster, first time issue with OBS crashing and can't figure it out.

My logs are attached. I was using obs-ndi 4.7 on both ends to capture 12 PCs at 1080p as well as 3 USB capture devices:
-Elgato HD60 for an Xbox
-Elgato HD60s for one camera
-Razer Ripsaw for another camera

I was streaming 720p at 3mbps x264 veryfast to Twitch and recording at 1080p 25mbps NVENC to a dedicated SSD. CPU usage stayed ~40-60% the whole time. Network usage was ~350-550mbps received and ~5-10mbps sent on each port. The crashes did not seem to be related to switching scenes or editing sources.

Any help figuring out what was going on would be appreciated.

Update: Issue was a cheap Ubit dual-gigabit PCIE Ethernet card. It was not able to operate both ports at full speed. Using the built in Ethernet port and a USB 3.0 adapter works fine.
