OBS Open Forces Audio Card to 44.1Khz

Verified: Running Lynx L22 Professional Audio card in 48Khz Sample rate, 24bit on Windows 11 machine. Each time I open OBS 31.0.3, it forces my Lynx Audio card (ASIO Mode) from 48Khz to 44.1Khz Sample rate (slowing down all audio playback making it unusable). This happens even though OBS settings>Audio>Sample Rate is set to 48Khz, and the OBS>Sources>Audio Input Capture and Audio Output Capture are set to the Lynx Card Input and Output with "Use Device Timestamps" checked. Yet, each time I open OBS, the Lynx Audio card is forced to 44.1Khz sampling rate (destroying audio). Is there another setting that I'm missing? If not, can you please check OBS code for why it is switching sample rates for audio cards? Thanks

SOLVED: (Stopping OBS from forcing audio card sample rate to 44.1Khz each time OBS starts)
Settings>Output>Output Mode (Both Simple AND Advanced selections) > Streaming Settings > Video Encoder:
MUST BE CHANGED FROM “X264” (Software) TO “NVIDIA NVENC H.264”
Otherwise OBS will force a separate audio card to switch to 44.1Khz Sampling rate in "X264(software)" mode each new instance (starting) of OBS.
