OBS Not responding

Good Evening Everyone
I am having an issue with OBS where the program would just go unresponsive at random times
I analyzed the log files and I saw nothing come up to cause concern (https://obsproject.com/logs/0FOq6OiHyR2Rjj1F)
I am currently on the latest version of OBS firmware the one thing I have noticed is when it goes unresponsive its usually in the middle of changing scenes, from like streaming game play to a "Be Right back" or even just changing different scenes.
Let me know if there is more information that I could provide.
Thank you in advance

also would like to add that I have multiple Scene Collections and I do alternate between them not sure if its valid information but just in case it might be an issue.
Thank you

hmm from your file:
22:34:15.862: obs-streamelements: detected obs-streamelements-core version: 20231210000096

Either the 'unsafe-inline' keyword, a hash ('sha256-HYiMRgcOEQt06o5pG6b2NR1uOmV8JwobFsVyLXRvbls='), or a nonce ('nonce-...') is required to enable inline execution.

Note that 'script-src-elem' was not explicitly set, so 'script-src' is used as a fallback.

i think you have problem with this elements.

The absolutly unnecesary plugin is causing issues.
Back up your profile and scene collection just in case.
Use the uninstaller they provide, then go to %appdata%\obs-studio\ and manually delete the leftover files they keep in there because still interact with OBS.
Now, uninstall OBS and reinstall it.

Test.
