Yes, my OBS is completely broken. Whenever I stream/record any game that isn't Minecraft, my OBS says that the FPS is just dropping down a lot. It used to drop immediately when I open OBS and not even stream/record until I factory reset my PC. After I factory reset my PC, everything was working great then the next day it started happening again. I have an Intel i7 8700, GTX 960 4GB, and I have 180 download speed and 12 upload speed. Literally NOTHING is an issue with my computer unless it's a software bug. This, I know for a fact, is an issue with OBS. I've used a large variety of different settings and it still happens. I used both NVENC and x264. x264 is better obviously but the issue still remains.
