OBS keeps disconnecting

ever since I updated to the newest version of OBS it'll disconnect for up to 15 seconds and the reconnect. I've lowered my bitrate which hasn't seemed to help, my connection is strong. That's the newest log so hopefully it'll show what's happening on there but I have no idea how to get it to stop disconnecting. Should I uninstall and reinstall an older version?

if I can’t currently use a wired connection should I get a second router? (Sorry if this seems like a silly question I honestly haven’t had an issue until now using wifi)
