Question / Help OBS isn't giving me any options for Display Capture for my Monitor

So I'm trying to use OBS to record just discord, I'm getting a black screen. I keep watching tutorials and reading guides, I get to this step right here where I try to pick a capture display. I have three monitors, only 1 option is showing and for that 1 option nothing is displayed. I've tried completely removing OBS, reinstalling, a bunch of different settings & configurations but nothing seems to be working.


Please help.
