Question / Help OBS is deleting everything

Hey guys,
i have a problem... OBS is deleting everything and i dont know why.. i cant import the scenes or somthing like that. It is creating always a scene called "III"
would be great if someone could help me :)

Pc-specs:
i7 6800k
GTX 1080
OBS installed on a HDD even on C drive this happens
WIndows 10

and try to start obs as admin
