OBS in the preview changes the color, adds more brightness

I think it happened after some OBS update because before that everything was ok

Change the Color Space in OBS to Rec 709.

Settings > Advanced

Your log is incomplete but the only other issue I can see is your Scenes. A couple of them have multiple Display/Game/Window captures, there should only be (1) per Scene.

I'm not spending any time reading about ICC Profile but it converts Color Space & may be causing the brightness.

after disabling icc profiles on both monitors, the problem is still

Looks like changing the capture method from Automatic to Windows 10 helped, but now I have a yellow border around the monitor

Cool! The border is a Windows thing, it can't be disabled in W10 but can be in W11.
