OBS freezes frequently when playing League of Legends

Whenever my League Client switches from Client to in-game or vice versa, my OBS freezes with a high possibility. I searched the internet for hours, and I can't find a single hint why it does that. The last post about this was last year from another user with the same problem but with no solution, so I hope this post can reach someone who has a clue why this happens. I have the same issue. I wanna start streaming League of Legends, I added the launcher as app and the game as game, and all goes ok until I join the game to play, the OBS freezes in the game screen when my character appears on base and never moves from that point until I return to the lobby.
