Question / Help OBS frame drops while streaming

Hello guys, I've lately been streaming for around 5 days in a row with no problems at all. But today when I started my stream I kept getting fps-drops on OBS and my bitrate kept dropping up and down so my stream was super laggy. Does anyone have a solution for this?

I have tried reinstalling OBS Studio with totally new settings and I tried updating it.
