OBS DROPPED FRAME but NETWOK GOOD!

I've done many things, to solve this problem, but I can't find a solution. My OBS is experiencing a bitrate drop as well as a frame drop. my internet upload speed is 20 mbps and i can't access the bitrate at 6500, yesterday my obs was fine, but suddenly the bitrate dropped but the internet was very good

The log shows only a 4-second stream. Does this sort of frame loss continue for a longer stream, or is it a startup transient?

The Stats view shows the various frame counts, and you can reset the counters.

I presume you are using Ethernet, since WiFi is generally a bad idea for streaming

Settings, Advanced, Network, Enable Dynamic bitrate and dropped frames be gone.
