Question / Help OBS + DJ Console failing to stream

Hi,
I've tried numerous options to stream to Facebook and Periscope without success. I've set up the scene, input the sources and stream key but it fails to actually stream despite suggesting its working (timeframe, computer % etc). I tried recording instead but only achieved video, not audio. I'm guessing I need additional software?

I'm using a MacBook Pro (2013), OS Mojave (10.14.6), Denon MC6000 MK2 DJ console, using FaceTime and/or my iPhone.

Any help would be appreciated as I've tried a few days now to no avail.

Yesterday I took a long look at the settings but after several hours I still can't achieve a stream to Periscope. I've also tried Mixcloud (I have a Pro account) but again no streaming. I succeeded in streaming to Youtube but only visuals appear.
Please can a moderator help.

I'm able to stream to Mixcloud. I've been having problems with Twitch.
