Question / Help OBS CRASHING

I have been using OBS for 2 o 3 months and all of the sudden obs crashes on startup
can someone tell me my problem pelase?
i have and AMD Graphic card don't know if that information is usefull

Turn off Game DVR Background Recording of in Windows Gaming settings and then run as Admin. If you can open it then, you may also want to limit your Game Capture sources 1 at a time. Per Log Analyzer.
