obs crashing while startup

I have Windows 10. I install OBS-Studio-30.2.3, which not start.

The program window is displayed for a while, after which it closes.

OBS closing on startup with no crash report

No clue whats going on, was working fine yesterday. Trying to open OBS to set up for stream, but its closing right after startup with no crash report, and the logs have no critical errors. Here's a video of whats going on and a pastebin of the most recent log. If anyone can help out that would...
