OBS crashing weirdly

Hi guys

I upgraded from DDR4 to DDR5 (so new motherboard, CPU and Memory) AND also from win10 to win11.

The OBS started crashing in a weird way - I tried clean reinstall, getting rid of all plugins and using an older version of OBS but nothing helped.

What happens is that OBS gets stuck, but it doesnt show its stuck until I perform an action, the only indicator that it's crashed is that the bitrate falls to 0 (it stays green and it doesn't disconnect). The application than crashes with "not responding" error after trying to perform any kind of action including simply shutting it off.

I checked the logs (nothing in the crash log) and these are the last lines of the regular log.
13:56:56.826: [obs-browser: 'CHAT'] Error: TypeError: classString.split is not a function (https://streamelements.com/overlay/scripts/vendor.js:61333)
15:00:28.421: Last log entry repeated for 43 more lines
15:00:28.421: [obs-browser: 'EMOTES'] Error: Error: Not a GIF! (https://streamelements.com/overlay/scripts/app.js:330)
15:01:55.690: [obs-browser: 'Sound Alerts'] Error: heart_beat_check_server_client_callback hku7zjmiywqp (https://obs.blerp.com/pwn/hku7zjmiywqp:1865)
15:02:03.822: ==== Shutting down ==================================================

Any idea what to do? Thanks for ideas.
