OBS crashing on startup

Essentially I went to update a plugin and after the update obs will not open, I uninstalled the plugin and it is still crashing on start up. Any help would be greatly appreciated, especially if I can avoid reinstalling obs and starting from scratch with all of my settings.

The logs seem to indicate an issue with StreamFX, was that the plugin you were trying to deal with? Try making sure obs is completely closed (ie: not showing in the task manager), and try reinstalling the latest StreamFX version from github, then starting OBS as administrator and see if it loads then.

I was trying to update stream fx, I did what you suggested and its still giving me the crash notice.

With the age of the streamfx plugin you had before, you need to REMOVE the old plugin first.
