OBS Crashing Mid-Stream

So, been using OBS for years now without much issue. Had a Windows 10 update a couple days ago and ever since I have started having issues with OBS crashing while I am in the middle of streaming. Had 2 crashes on the 5th during a 1.5 hour stream and 2 crashes on the 6th during a 3 hour stream. I cannot, for the life of me, figure out what's started causing the issues. I've tried updating OBS and rebooting my PC again for another Windows update, so am hoping that may fix the problem, but if anyone with more knowledge can assist me that would be very appreciated!

x264 crashes usually indicate hardware issues. Turn off any overclocking, update your BIOS and test your RAM with Prime95 or similar.
