OBS Crashing frequently

For the past 2ish weeks, my OBS has been having issues staying connected during my Twitch streams. I don't really know what's causing it but it's really frustrating that sometimes I can get 2.5 hours in, and other times I can't go 20 minutes without an issue. I've attached the error that usually pops up when OBS disconnects. I don't get any crash logs when this happens. It happened on the previous version and the most recent version. I just don't know what to check or change to possibly help this. Or if I just need to wait for another update where OBS fixes their stuff.

A few things to note (idk if it will be helpful):
1. I am using wifi but this hasn't been an issue for the last 11 months that I've lived in my current house with my current internet plan. Nothing has changed recently.
2. I did start using MixItUp around the same time these issues started, but only for a daily redeem. I really don't think that would cause such a disruption but maybe it is.
3. I did try to setup Restream right before this started happening, but then reverted to Twitch immediately without even doing a Restream test stream.

If there is any other information, specs, logs, etc that could help let me know and I'll share those.

Here are all the log files I currently have access to. This issue began on 1/29/25 and has presented in every stream EXCEPT for the stream on 2/12/25. Apologies that I don't have the logs dating all the way back, I didn't realize OBS cleared them after 1 week. I thought they were kept for 1 month.

Another thing I just remembered is that there was an NVIDIA update around that same time. It updated to the "game ready" driver, where before I don't remember it specifying "game ready" vs "studio". Again, not sure if it would help pinpoint, but just another thing that had changed around the time all this started.

Wireless connections can cause issues because of their unstable nature. Streaming really requires a stable connection. Often wireless connections are fine, but if you have problems, which you do, the first troubleshooting step would be to switch to wired. We highly recommend streaming on wired connections. If you don't want to run Ethernet through the house, look into Ethernet Over Power and MoCA adapters.

At least one of your log a contains streaming session with dropped frames. This can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware. It is not caused by OBS, but OBS can help. Follow the troubleshooting steps at: Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues. Quick fix: Settings, Advanced, Network, Enable Dynamic Bitrate.

If still having issues, post 1 new log with the issue.

I tried changing to Dynamic Bitrate and it didn't help, still had multiple crashes tonight. I ordered an Ethernet Over Power adapter and it should arrive tomorrow. Hopefully that fixes the issues in my next stream. Attaching 1 log from tonight's stream just for reference. Thank you for helping with this!
