Question / Help OBS Crashes when opening ANY Game - Any Fixes PLEASE?

Not much to really say.. I launch OBS.. launch my game and OBS crashes. Ive disabled all 3rd party recording softwares (even though I never had that issue before) Checked all drivers are up to date, CCLEAN, Windows 10 Scan etc with not much help. Cant send any crash reports because it shows none.

nothing changed
